Mexico Libre!-Dinner and Concert

The menu, created by our own Cordon Bleu trained Chef Tom Murphy, will include the Mexico Independence Day national dish, Chiles En Nogada! These are a mild poblano chile stuffed with an amazing "picadillo" of meat, spices, and remarkable flavors. All covered with a creamy Walnut Sauce. Also, we will will be sure to please your tastebuds from start to finish with sumptuous appetizers, all the way through to a dessert from he old country. As you eat, you will be serenaded by local Mariachi musicians, who will then accompany a Ballet Folklorico dance troupe from the stage. Please reserve early, as seats are limited.
